We ship items on the same day if an order is received before 12 noon on a weekday, on a next working day delivery service. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. If ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays), for delivery on Tuesday.

Once your order has been processed, your item will be marked as dispatched on eBay. We will then email your tracking details to your supplied email address once the item has been shipped.
All items are dispatched on a fully insured, tracked and signed for service so please ensure there is someone there to sign for the goods.
Deliveries can be made to home or work addresses. If you would like the item delivered to an alternative address to the one attached to your paypal address then please let us know at checkout. Please also make sure your contact details including your contact phone number on your enquiry is correct. We will only ring you to inform you about your delivery.
All deliveries are ONE MAN, DRIVEWAY, KERBSIDE or GARAGE ONLY. Customers must make their own arrangements to take products into their home.
This also applies when returning a product; you must take the product out of the home to the kerbside or garage. Please ensure you are contactable and at home on the day of your delivery. The couriers may leave a voicemail if there is no reply asking you to contact them back at a convenient time. If you are not home on the arranged delivery date you will be responsible for the re-delivery charge.
If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within seven working days of delivery of your item(s) it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us at your expense.
You must ensure that the goods are securely packed & insured against loss or damage & the goods arrive in an as new saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.
We offer a 3 months "Return To Base" parts warranty ONLY on this product. This means you must return the “Claimed” faulty manufactured part back to us before we will send you out a replacement part for your product. If we suspect that your product has been misused / handled then we will charge you for the replacement part required. Any disputed fault with the product must be backed up with photographic evidence.
You have 14 days to return this product to us at your cost for a full refund if the product has NOT been used and is still sealed in its original box.If the box has been opened and then attempted to have been re-sealed we will charge you a re-stock fee for returning it at 10% of the cost of the product. If we suspect that the product has been used before being returned to us then we reserve the right to reject your return. You have a duty of care to ensure that the product is returned to us safely and in its original condition. We advise that you use a reputable courier when sending us the product back on a track able delivery service which is insured. We visually check over the box of the your product before sending out to ensure no damage.
All goods are insured with the courier company used.We can NOT be held responsible for THIRD parties such as the couriers and their networks, for late deliveries, loss of deliveries or damage. However in order for us to be able to process a claim on your behalf you MUST sign receipt of your delivery as either “Damaged” or “Un Checked”.We must also be notified in writing within 48hrs of any damage to your product via the eBay messaging system. Failure to comply to both of these requirements will result in the courier company refusing the claim.
